LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered from high strength synthetic fibers, offering superior strength and significantly reduced weight compared to steel winch lines and shackles of the same size. These winch lines address the drawbacks of metal lines, which are heavy, inflexible, and inconvenient, posing safety hazards and requiring considerable maintenance. The patented design of LockJaw® allows for secure wrapping around various anchor points, while the lines and shackles are UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring they will not rust. The unique locking mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use, with the lock attached to the shackle to prevent lost pins that can occur with steel options. Additionally, in the event of failure, the design prevents the rope from whipping dangerously and eliminates the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile. The product is not rated for lifting, has a working load limit of 6600 lb., and is proudly made in the USA.
