LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered using high-strength synthetic fibers, making them significantly stronger and lighter than traditional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. Unlike metal winch lines, which are heavy and inflexible, LockJaw® provides a safe and efficient alternative that reduces maintenance efforts. The patented design allows the winch line to easily wrap around various anchor points, while its UV and abrasion-resistant materials ensure durability without the risk of rust. The exclusive locking mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use and is attached to the shackle to prevent the loss of pins, a common issue with steel options. In the event of a failure, the rope is designed to fall safely to the ground instead of whipping dangerously, also mitigating the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile. This winch line is not rated for lifting and has a working load limit of 16,933 lb. It is proudly made in the USA.
