The innovative vinyl basket truck, currently patent pending, is designed to provide comprehensive protection for your facility with its top rim soft vinyl bumper that offers 360-degree safeguarding for walls, doors, and equipment. The truck ships fully assembled and features an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701) as well as resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tearing. For convenient shipping and storage, the truck nests easily, while its smooth finish facilitates simple cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper, also patent pending, significantly reduces the risk of expensive damage to your facility's walls and equipment. Constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame, the truck ensures enhanced strength and durability, being the only model made with all-welded, square, heavy-gauge steel tubular elements (no wood), making it particularly suitable for facilities with concerns regarding bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck is equipped with R&B’s patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration to improve control with heavier loads, boasting a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. It is made in the USA, and customers can opt for an upgrade to 6" casters at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available upon request. Note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
