The 18 bushel vinyl basket truck by R&B® Wire Products is constructed with an 18 oz antimicrobial vinyl liner that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi while being resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tearing, and complies with C.P.S.I.A. The truck features a powder-coated steel base that eliminates wood to avoid contamination, making it ideal for healthcare applications. Key features include a double layer black top rim for enhanced durability, the capability to ship fully assembled and ready to use, and nesting for easy shipping and storage. It has a smooth finish for easy cleaning, with the vinyl liner being flame retardant per NFPA-701, and is fully sewn to the framework for longer life. Additional specifications include a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame constructed from all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel. This truck is equipped with R&B®'s patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for improved control with heavier loads, a weight capacity of 550 lbs, and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. It is made in the USA, with an option to upgrade to 6" casters available at an additional cost, including semi and fully pneumatic options upon request.
