This innovative new product (patent pending) is designed to protect your facility, featuring a top rim soft vinyl bumper that provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The vinyl basket truck outperforms and outlasts while safeguarding your facility from costly dents, dings, and scrapes. This truck ships fully assembled and ready to use, with an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears. It nests for easy shipping and storage, and its smooth finish allows for easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) helps prevent expensive damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The truck features a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame that provides additional strength and durability, constructed with all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel (no wood), making it ideal for facilities with concerns about bacteria growth and fire safety. Multiple units nest easily for freight savings and storage. This model comes standard with R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System® casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for enhanced control with heavier loads, and it has a weight capacity of 550 lbs with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. The option to upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, and semi and fully pneumatic options can also be requested by phone. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
