The innovative vinyl basket truck, designed to protect facilities, features a complete soft air cushion bumper that provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The truck ships fully assembled and is constructed with an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. It nests for easy shipping and storage and has a smooth finish for easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) helps prevent costly damage. The truck is built on a powder coated gray steel tubular base and frame, ensuring strength and durability with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel construction that minimizes bacteria growth and enhances fire safety. It supports a weight capacity of 550 lbs and features R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for optimal control with heavier loads, while the total caster rating is 800 lbs. An upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options accessible by phone. The bumper itself is not flame retardant. This product is made in the USA.
