The vinyl basket truck features a complete soft air cushion bumper that helps reduce damage to walls and equipment, making it a cost-effective solution. It ships fully assembled and is ready to use, featuring an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage and has a smooth finish for easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) enhances durability, while the powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame offer additional strength, making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. This truck is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability, supporting a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. An upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, and semi and fully pneumatic options can be obtained by calling. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
