This innovative new product, currently patent pending, is designed to protect your facility with its top rim soft vinyl bumper that offers 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The vinyl basket truck features a complete soft air cushion bumper, significantly reducing damage to walls and equipment. It ships fully assembled and ready for use, with an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage, and the smooth finish allows for simple cleaning. Its fully sewn air cushion bumper helps prevent costly damage. Constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame, this truck is made with all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel, making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. Multiple units can nest easily, providing freight savings and efficient storage. The patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters are equipped in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability, with a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. It is made in the USA, and there is an option to upgrade to 6" casters at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available by calling. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
