The 20 bushel antimicrobial vinyl liner by R&B® Wire Products inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, ensuring compliance with C.P.S.I.A. regulations. Featuring a powder coated steel base that eliminates wood to prevent contamination, this truck is particularly suitable for healthcare applications. The fully sewn truck is designed for sturdiness and durability while being shipped knocked down for cost-effective freight savings and easy assembly, taking only minutes to put together. The 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant, with a smooth finish that facilitates easy cleaning. Its powder coated gray steel tubular base and frame offer additional strength and durability, making it unique as the only truck constructed with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base. The truck is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all swivel configuration to enhance maneuverability and supports a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. The option to upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, while semi and fully pneumatic casters can be requested by phone. This product is made in the USA.
