The innovative vinyl basket truck (patent pending) is designed to protect your facility with a 360-degree soft vinyl bumper that safeguards walls, doors, and equipment from damage. The truck features a complete soft air cushion bumper, reducing costly dents and scrapes, and is shipped fully assembled and ready for use. It has an 18 oz flame-retardant vinyl liner (NFPA-701) that is also resistant to mold, mildew, UV light, and tearing. The truck nests for convenient shipping and storage, boasts a smooth finish for easy cleaning, and includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper to enhance protection. Constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame, it provides additional strength and durability, being the only truck made with an all-welded, square, heavy-gauge steel base. This is especially beneficial for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The design allows for multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage efficiency. Equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System® casters in an all-swivel configuration, it enhances maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs, with the option to upgrade to 6" casters for an additional cost.
