The innovative patent-pending vinyl basket truck is designed to provide 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment, effectively reducing damage from dents, dings, and scrapes. This truck ships fully assembled and features an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701), mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. It nests for easy shipping and storage, and its smooth finish allows for easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper helps prevent costly damage, while the powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame offer enhanced strength and durability; the truck is constructed with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base, making it suitable for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck has a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs, featuring patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for improved maneuverability. Additional options include the ability to upgrade to 6" casters for an extra cost, and semi and fully pneumatic versions are available by calling. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
