The innovative soft vinyl bumper basket truck, currently patent pending, is designed to provide comprehensive protection for your facility, safeguarding walls, doors, and equipment with its 360-degree soft air cushion bumper. The truck comes fully assembled and features an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as resistant to mold, mildew, UV rays, and tearing. It is easy to clean due to its smooth finish and nests for convenient shipping and storage. The fully sewn air cushion bumper is designed to prevent costly damage, while the powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame enhance strength and durability. This truck, made from all-welded, square heavy gauge steel, is ideal for environments concerned about bacterial growth and fire safety. It can accommodate a weight capacity of up to 550 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs, and is equipped with the patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for improved maneuverability. Additionally, the truck can be upgraded to 6" casters for an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available upon request. The bumper itself is not flame retardant. It is proudly made in the USA.
