This 18 bushel vinyl basket truck by R&B® Wire Products features an 18 oz antimicrobial vinyl liner that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi while also being resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tearing, and is C.P.S.I.A. compliant. The truck incorporates a powder-coated steel base, which eliminates the use of wood to prevent contamination, making it highly suitable for healthcare applications. It boasts a double layer black top rim for durability that is UV and tear resistant, ships fully assembled and ready to use, and nests for easy shipping and storage. The smooth finish allows for effortless cleaning, and the vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and fully sewn to the framework for enhanced durability. With multiple units that nest easily for freight savings and storage, this truck features a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame constructed from all-welded, square, heavy-gauge steel for added strength. It is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration, ensuring enhanced maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 550 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. It is made in the USA, and there is an option to upgrade to 6" casters, with semi and fully pneumatic options available upon request.
