This vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast, while protecting your facility from expensive dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a fully welded steel base, eliminating wood to address concerns about bacterial growth and fire safety. The truck includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that prevents damage to walls, doors, and equipment, thereby potentially minimizing repair costs. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. Its powder-coated, fully tubular steel base and frame ensure added strength and durability, allowing multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage. The truck ships fully assembled and is ready to use with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. Additionally, the top rim soft vinyl bumper provides 360 degrees of protection for walls, doors, and equipment. Upgrade options include 6" casters available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic casters available by contacting customer service.
