This innovative new product, designed to protect your facility, features a top rim soft vinyl bumper that provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The vinyl basket truck is built to outperform and outlast while safeguarding your facility from costly dents, dings, and scrapes. It includes a complete soft air cushion bumper and ships fully assembled and ready to use. The 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tearing. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage, has a smooth finish for easy cleaning, and features a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) which helps to prevent expensive damage. Constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame for added strength and durability, this product is made with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base, making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. Multiple units can nest easily for freight savings and storage, and the truck is equipped with a patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. It has a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. An upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, and semi and fully pneumatic options can be requested by phone. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant. The product is made in the USA.
