The innovative vinyl basket truck (patent pending) is designed to provide 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment, effectively reducing damage expenses from dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a complete soft air cushion bumper, ships fully assembled, and is constructed with an 18 oz flame-retardant vinyl liner that meets NFPA-701 standards while being resistant to mold, mildew, UV exposure, and tearing. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage, and has a smooth finish for simple cleaning. Its fully sewn air cushion bumper prevents costly damage, while the powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame offer added strength and durability. This truck is constructed with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base, making it a suitable option for environments concerned with bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck is equipped with a patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for superior maneuverability, and has a weight capacity of 550 lbs with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. It is made in the USA and can be upgraded to 6" casters at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available upon request. Notably, the bumper itself is not flame retardant.
