An innovative new product (patent pending) designed to protect your facility, this top rim soft vinyl bumper provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast while protecting your facility from costly dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a complete soft air cushion bumper that reduces damage to walls and equipment, ships fully assembled and ready to use, and includes an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701) as well as mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage and has a smooth finish for easy cleaning. Its fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) assists in preventing damage to walls, doors, and equipment. Constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame for added strength and durability, it is the only truck made with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base, making it ideal for facilities focused on bacteria growth and fire safety. Multiple units can nest easily for freight savings and storage. Standard equipment includes R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for enhanced control with heavier loads, with a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. This product is made in the USA, and customers have the option to upgrade to 6" casters at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available by calling. The bumper is not flame retardant.
