The innovative vinyl basket truck (patent pending) is designed to protect your facility with a 360-degree soft air cushion bumper that helps prevent dents, dings, and scrapes on walls, doors, and equipment. The truck ships fully assembled and is made from 18 oz flame-retardant vinyl (NFPA-701), which is mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. It features a smooth finish for easy cleaning and a fully sewn air cushion bumper that enhances its protective capabilities. Constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame, it offers exceptional strength and durability, and is the only truck made with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel base, minimizing concerns about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck has a weight capacity of 550 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs, coming standard with R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System® casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for improved maneuverability under heavier loads. The design allows for easy nesting of multiple units for freight savings and storage. Additionally, 6" casters are available for upgrade at an additional cost, and semi and fully pneumatic options can be inquired about by calling. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
