The truck includes a powder-coated steel base, ensuring no wood is used to attract contamination, making it ideal for healthcare applications. Key features include a double-layer black top rim for durability, shipping fully assembled and ready to use, easy nesting for shipping and storage, a smooth finish for easy cleaning, and a flame retardant vinyl liner compliant with NFPA-701. The vinyl liner is fully sewn to the framework for increased longevity, while multiple units nest for freight savings and efficient storage. The truck is constructed with a powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame, featuring an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular design. It is equipped with a patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability, has a weight capacity of 550 lbs, and a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
