The 20 bushel vinyl basket truck by R&B® Wire Products features an 18 oz antimicrobial vinyl liner that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, while also resisting mold, mildew, UV, and tearing, and is C.P.S.I.A. compliant. It is built with a powder-coated steel base, eliminating wood that could attract contamination, making it suitable for healthcare applications. Key features include a double-layer black top rim for durability, a fully assembled design ready for immediate use, ease of nesting for shipping and storage, a smooth finish for effortless cleaning, and a vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701). The liner is fully sewn to the framework for enhanced longevity, and the truck can accommodate multiple units for freight savings and storage. Constructed with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base, it comes standard with R&B®'s patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration, providing enhanced control for loads up to a weight capacity of 600 lbs. The total caster rating is 800 lbs, and there is an option to upgrade to 6" casters for an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available upon request.
