The innovative vinyl basket truck, designed to protect your facility, features a soft air cushion bumper that provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. This fully assembled truck is made with an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV rays, and tears. With a smooth finish for easy cleaning, it nests for convenient shipping and storage. The truck has a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that helps prevent costly damage, while the powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame ensure additional strength and durability. It is constructed with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base, making it suitable for facilities concerned about bacterial growth and fire safety. The truck includes R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for improved control with heavier loads and has a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. An upgrade to 6" casters and semi or fully pneumatic options are available upon request. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant. Made in the USA.
