The vinyl basket truck features a complete soft air cushion bumper that helps reduce damage to walls and equipment. It ships fully assembled and is ready to use. Constructed with an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears, it nests for easy shipping and storage, and boasts a smooth finish for easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) contributes to preventing costly damage to your facility. The truck's powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame ensure additional strength and durability, being the only truck made with all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel, eliminating wood to enhance fire safety and limit bacteria growth. Multiple units nest easily for freight savings and storage. This basket truck comes standard with R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration, accommodating a weight capacity of 600 lbs with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. Made in the USA, this truck also offers an upgrade to 6" casters at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available by calling.
