The 20 Bushel Vinyl Basket Truck by R&B® Wire Products features an 18 oz antimicrobial vinyl liner that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi while being resistant to mold, mildew, UV light, and tearing, ensuring compliance with C.P.S.I.A. The truck is constructed with a powder-coated steel base that eliminates wood to reduce contamination risks, making it ideal for healthcare applications. It includes a double-layer black top rim for added durability, ships fully assembled, nests for easy shipping and storage, and has a smooth finish for effortless cleaning. The vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and is fully sewn to the framework for enhanced longevity. The truck contains a unique 5" Clean Wheel System™ with a configuration of 2 rigid and 2 swivel casters, allowing for improved control under heavy loads, and has a weight capacity of 600 lbs with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. Made in the USA, the base is constructed with all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular material. An upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options attainable by contacting the manufacturer.
