This innovative, patent-pending vinyl basket truck is designed to protect your facility with a top rim soft vinyl bumper that provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The truck features a completely soft air cushion bumper that reduces damage, paying for itself over time. It is shipped fully assembled and ready to use, with an 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701), mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage, and its smooth finish allows for easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper helps prevent expensive damage, while the powder-coated gray steel tubular base and frame offer strength and durability, with an all-welded, square, heavy gauge steel tubular base that minimizes the risk of bacteria growth and enhances fire safety. The truck is equipped with R&B’s patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration, providing enhanced control for loads up to 600 lbs, and has a total caster rating of 800 lbs. Additional options include an upgrade to 6" casters at an extra cost, and both semi and fully pneumatic versions are available upon request. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
