The kit includes a fully welded, powder coated steel base for added durability, an antimicrobial 18 oz flame retardant vinyl liner that is resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tearing, as well as a patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The truck features a fully sewn air cushion bumper, offering 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment, and is designed to pay for itself by reducing damage to surfaces. The truck has a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. For shipping and storage convenience, the truck nests easily, and the smooth finish allows for easy cleaning. It is made in the USA and offers an optional upgrade to 6" casters at an additional cost; semi and fully pneumatic options are available by calling. The bumper is not flame retardant and complies with NFPA-701 standards for flame resistance.
