It features a fully welded steel base—eliminating wood—which is ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that prevents damage to walls, doors, and equipment, helping this truck pay for itself. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV light, and tears. The powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide added strength and durability. Multiple units nest easily for freight savings and storage, and the truck ships fully assembled and ready to use. It is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability and has a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. The innovative top rim soft vinyl bumper offers 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment, while the smooth finish allows for easy cleaning. Additionally, the bumper is not flame retardant, and an upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available by calling.
