This vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast, while protecting your facility from expensive dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a fully welded steel base with no wood, making it suitable for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that helps prevent damage to walls, doors, and equipment, thereby potentially reducing repair costs. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears. A powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability, while the design allows multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage. This truck ships fully assembled and is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability, with a weight capacity of 600 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. The top rim soft vinyl bumper offers 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The truck's smooth finish allows for easy cleaning, and the construction features full sewing to the framework, ensuring a longer lifecycle. An upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options accessible by calling. Note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
