The kit includes a fully welded, powder coated steel base and an antimicrobial 18 oz flame retardant vinyl liner that is resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tearing. Key features include a vinyl basket truck with an air cushion bumper that reduces damage to walls and equipment, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. The truck nests for easy shipping and storage, and its smooth finish facilitates easy cleaning. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) helps prevent expensive damage, while the powder coated gray steel tubular base and frame ensure durability. The truck is equipped with the patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability and has a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. It is made in the USA, and an upgrade to 6" casters is available at an additional cost; semi and fully pneumatic options can be obtained by calling.
