This vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast while protecting your facility from expensive dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a fully welded steel base (no wood), making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck is equipped with a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending), which helps prevent damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701) as well as resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears. The powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame ensure additional strength and durability. The design allows for multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. It includes a patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 600 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs. The top rim soft vinyl bumper provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment, while its smooth finish makes for easy cleaning. The bumper is not flame retardant.
