This vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast while protecting your facility from expensive dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a fully welded steel base (no wood), making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) helps prevent expensive damage to walls, doors, and equipment, thereby contributing to cost savings. The commercial grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701), as well as mold, mildew, UV, and tear resistant. The powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability. This truck nests easily for freight savings and storage and ships fully assembled and ready to use. It is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 600 lbs with a total caster rating of 800 lbs, and features a top rim soft vinyl bumper that provides 360-degree protection for walls, doors, and equipment. The smooth finish allows for easy cleaning, and the fully sewn framework enhances durability. Optional 6" casters are available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available upon request. Please note that the bumper is not flame retardant.
