It features a fully welded steel base (no wood), making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that helps prevent damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant (NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV, and tears. The powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs and a weight capacity of 600 lbs. This innovative product is designed to protect your facility, featuring a top rim soft vinyl bumper that offers 360-degree protection. Furthermore, the truck ships fully assembled and is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The design allows multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage, while its smooth finish facilitates easy cleaning. The bumper is not flame retardant, and there is an option to upgrade to 6" casters for an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options available by calling.
