It features a fully welded steel base, ensuring safety from bacteria growth and fire hazards, while the fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) offers a protective barrier against damage to walls, doors, and equipment. Constructed from commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl, the liner is flame retardant (certified to NFPA-701) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV rays, and tears. The truck boasts a powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame for enhanced strength and durability, and multiple units can nest easily for freight savings and convenient storage. It is shipped fully assembled and includes patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for improved maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 600 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs. Additionally, the top rim soft vinyl bumper provides 360-degree protection for your facility, making it an innovative solution for maintaining safety and efficiency. Optional 6" casters are available at an additional cost, with semi and fully pneumatic options accessible by phone inquiry. The bumper itself is not flame retardant.
