The Spud Coupling Assembly P6000-H for manual flush valves is designed to fit Aquavantage® and AquaFlush flush valves. It features metal components, with a 1-inch spud nut and escutcheon constructed from cast brass with a chrome-plated finish. The gasket and washer are made from chemical-resistant Go Blue® material, which lasts up to 10 times longer than standard assemblies. This assembly enables the repair of flush valve components rather than the replacement of entire units, contributing to cost and resource savings. Additionally, it is designed to fit diaphragm flush valves, and the Zurn relief valve or trip mechanism for urinals (part no. P6000-EU13) is made from durable molded plastic, functioning by releasing pressure on the diaphragm to facilitate flushing. Zurn flush valve replacement parts and retrofit kits are compatible with any diaphragm-type flush valves. The assembly includes chemical-resistant gaskets and seals for an extended service life while reducing maintenance costs, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. The material used is brass.
