The Exeter bench is constructed from proprietary synthetic wood, a material with a proven track record in high-traffic environments since 2003, favored for its application in custom furniture, fencing, flooring, wall covering, and trash receptacles in major theme parks. The bench offers a natural wood-like appearance with grained texture and color-fast durability, making it an ideal replacement for conventional wood without the wax-like look or feel associated with other plastic wood-replacement products. It is available in a variety of standard colors, including black, weathered acorn, and coastal teak, which typically ship in 3-5 days, as well as designer colors such as Charleston green, dried sage, Nantucket blue, toffee, Tuscan taupe, white, and whitewash, which typically ship in 2-4 weeks. The Exeter bench comes in 4ft and 6ft lengths and includes hardware for connecting security brackets to the legs, allowing for bolting into the ground (bolts not supplied). This bench is easy to maintain with simple power washing and is designed to remain in place year-round, retaining its new appearance. It has been load-tested in accordance with ASTM 1561-03 (2008) standards for outdoor plastic furniture and boasts a weight capacity of 500 pounds.
