Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are designed with nitrile-blended foam that offers resistance to grease, oil, and chemicals. This mat features a comfortable thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625") and provides excellent anti-fatigue properties due to its closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam construction. The diamond-pattern surface enhances durability compared to traditional ribbed surfaces, which are prone to peeling and shredding. It includes beveled edges for safe transitions from the floor to the mat and is certified for high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). The mats are suitable for indoor commercial and industrial settings and offer resistance to grease, oil, and chemicals. Custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with lengths extending up to 45', subject to a manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats undergo rigorous testing, demonstrating a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, with an ESD rating for anti-static properties. Additionally, they pass temperature standards outlined in ASTM D-1056 and the flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, the mats should be scrubbed with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsed with water, and hung to dry.
