Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats feature nitrile-blended foam designed to withstand grease, oil, and chemicals. These mats, which have a thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"), offer excellent anti-fatigue properties, thanks to their comfortable closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam construction. The durable diamond-pattern surface enhances longevity by providing increased durability over ribbed surfaces, which are prone to peeling and shaving. The beveled edges ensure a safe transition from floor to mat, and these mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), making them safe for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings. Cushion Max™ mats are grease, oil, and chemical resistant, with custom sizes available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), as well as whole foot lengths up to 45'. It's important to note that mat sizes are approximate due to the rubber's tendency to shrink and expand with temperature and time, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats feature a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, are rated as anti-static for ESD compliance, pass temperature ASTM D-1056, and meet flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, the mats can be scrubbed with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and hung to dry.
