Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats feature nitrile-blended foam engineered to resist grease, oil, and chemicals, providing an exceptional lifespan compared to traditional PVC foam mats, typically lasting twice as long due to the durable nitrile rubber composition. The mats are designed for comfort with a thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625") that delivers excellent anti-fatigue properties. Additionally, the diamond-pattern surface enhances durability compared to ribbed surfaces that may peel and shave over time. Safety features include beveled edges for a smooth transition from floor to mat and certification of high traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). These mats are recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings and are resistant to grease, oil, and chemicals. Made from closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam, custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with lengths up to 45 feet; please note that mat sizes are approximate due to rubber's tendency to shrink and expand with temperature changes, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats have been rigorously tested, achieving a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, certified as high-traction by the NFSI, possess an ESD rating for anti-static properties, pass temperature standards ASTM D-1056, and meet the flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, it is recommended to scrub the mats with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinse with a hose or pressure washer, and hang them to dry.
