Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are constructed from nitrile-blended foam, designed to resist grease, oil, and chemicals, and are known for their durability, typically lasting twice as long as PVC foam anti-fatigue mats. One of the key features includes a thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"), providing excellent comfort and anti-fatigue properties. The mat features a diamond-pattern surface for enhanced durability, in contrast to ribbed surfaces that may peel and shave. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges that facilitate a safe transition from floor to mat, and the mats have been certified for high traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). Suitable for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings, the closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam material allows for custom sizes available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") with lengths up to 45', although it is important to note that mat sizes may vary due to the natural expansion and contraction of rubber. The mats boast a compression deflection rating of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, an ESD rating for anti-static properties, and compliance with temperature tests ASTM D-1056 and flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, the mats can be scrubbed with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and hung to dry.
