Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are constructed from nitrile-blended foam, specifically designed to resist grease, oil, and chemicals, making them ideal for commercial and industrial use. The mats feature a comfortable thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625") that provides excellent anti-fatigue properties. Their durable diamond-pattern surface offers increased resilience compared to traditional ribbed surfaces, which are prone to peeling and shaving. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges that facilitate a smooth transition from the floor to the mat, and the product has received high-traction certification from the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). The mats are also resistant to grease, oil, and chemicals, ensuring longevity, as they generally have a lifespan double that of PVC foam alternatives. Custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with whole foot lengths up to 45'; however, dimensions may vary by 3-5% due to the natural expansion and contraction of the rubber material. The mats have been rigorously tested and meet various standards, including a compression deflection rating of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, an ESD rating of anti-static, and compliance with ASTM D-1056 for temperature and DOC-FF1-70 for flammability. For maintenance, the mats can be scrubbed with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and hung to dry.
