Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are constructed with nitrile-blended foam that is resistant to grease, oil, and chemicals, offering an extended performance life compared to standard PVC foam mats. The mats feature a comfortable thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625") and a durable diamond-pattern surface that enhances longevity while reducing the risk of peeling and shaving. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges for a secure transition from floor to mat and certification of high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). These mats are recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings. Made of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam, custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with lengths up to 45'. However, note that mat sizes are approximate due to the nature of rubber, which may shrink or expand with temperature and time, allowing for a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. Key specifications include a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, an ESD rating for anti-static properties, compliance with temperature standards ASTM D-1056, and passing the flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. Cleaning involves scrubbing with a neutral pH detergent, rinsing with a hose or pressure washer, and hanging to dry.
