Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats feature nitrile-blended foam designed to withstand grease, oil, and chemicals, offering a comfortable thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"). Unlike PVC foam anti-fatigue mats, Cushion Max™ mats typically last twice as long due to the durable nitrile rubber that extends their performance life. The mats have a diamond-pattern surface which provides increased durability compared to ribbed surfaces that may peel and shave, and they are designed with beveled edges for a safe transition from floor to mat. Certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), these mats are recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings, being grease and oil resistant as well as chemical resistant. The closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam is available in custom sizes of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") widths, with whole foot lengths up to 45', although mat sizes are approximate due to the natural shrinkage and expansion of rubber with temperature and time, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats meet various standards and testing protocols, showing a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, carrying an ESD rating for anti-static properties, and passing flammability standard DOC-FF1-70 and temperature ASTM D-1056. Cleaning involves scrubbing with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, followed by rinsing with a hose or pressure washer and hanging to dry.
