Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats feature nitrile-blended foam designed to withstand grease, oil, and chemicals, typically lasting twice as long as PVC foam mats due to the durable nitrile rubber that enhances performance longevity. The mats are constructed with a comfortable 5/8" thickness providing excellent anti-fatigue properties, while the diamond-pattern surface ensures increased durability compared to ribbed surfaces that may peel and shave. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges for safe transition from floor to mat, and the mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). They are grease and oil resistant, chemical resistant, and recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings. The material consists of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam. Custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") and lengths up to 45' with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats have a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, an ESD rating of anti-static, and they pass crucial testing standards including temperature ASTM D-1056 and flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. Cleaning instructions recommend scrubbing with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsing with a hose or pressure washer, and hanging to dry.
