The Skullerz 8989 hard hat mesh face shield is engineered to enhance eye and face protection for users of Skullerz hard hats or safety helmets. This metal mesh face shield guards against flying debris and particles while allowing for airflow to increase comfort. It features three pivoting positions: fully down for complete face protection, mid-way, or fully up and out of the way. The adapter is adjustable forward or backward to accommodate other accessories such as headlamps. Integrated accessory slots enable users to attach Skullerz earmuffs without removing the face shield. The face shield is designed specifically for hard hat and safety helmet integration, ensuring easy mounting with the included attachment adapter. It is impact resistant, meeting ANSI Z87.1 standards, and allows for easy installation by sliding into dedicated side accessory slots. The breathable metal mesh enhances visibility without fogging, while the soft visor adapter conforms to the hard hat shell to keep dust and debris away from the face. The face shield pivots easily for adjustability and can be complemented with compatible accessories like safety glasses and headlamps. Replacement shields are sold separately.
