The VersaBar Prime is a weighted aerobic bar designed for enhanced performance in strength training and cardio workouts. Constructed from solid steel and covered in a comfortable black foam, it features streamlined, injection molded caps with the weights molded directly into them, eliminating the need for labels that may wear off. The color-coded rubber end caps allow for easy weight identification, with eight weight options available, ranging from 6 to 36 lbs, and length variations of 4 to 6 feet. The weights included are 6 lbs (4'), 9 lbs (4'), 12 lbs (4'), 15 lbs (4'), 18 lbs (4'), 24 lbs (5'), 30 lbs (5'), and 36 lbs (6'). This design is particularly effective for core strength training, functional training, and various group or individual exercises, making it ideal for fitness classes as there’s no need to stop and load or unload plates.
