The product features a revolutionary polymer system formulated with XBF technology, providing an extended wear formula that delivers the longest lasting finish, retaining film integrity and outstanding gloss even after repeated detergent mopping and burnishing. It effectively reduces maintenance and prolongs the time between strippings, making it suitable for medium maintenance programs while retaining gloss between burnishings. This self-sealing finish contains 0.0% free styrene and is versatile for low to frequent maintenance programs. Recommended for all types of stone flooring (brick, marble, slate, terrazzo, and concrete-new and old), resilient tile, quarry, and non-glazed ceramic tile, the application process requires complete removal of all old wax, finish, and soil from the floor surface according to the strip procedure instructions on the Betco stripper label. The surface must be clean, dry, and free of residue before applying the finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop, or applicator system. A minimum of four coats is recommended, with drying time typically between 20 to 30 minutes, although elevated temperatures and humidity may extend this. For old, worn, or porous tile, initially applying 1 to 2 coats of a Betco sealer is suggested to enhance gloss and long-term performance. Routine maintenance involves sweeping large debris, dust mopping, damp mopping or automatic scrubbing with a Betco floor cleaner, and buffing or burnishing to enhance gloss as required.
