Easily track time and attendance with the UB2000 uPunch™ electronic calculating time clock bundle, which includes the HN4000 calculating time clock, 350 time cards, 6 ribbons, 4 keys, and 2 time card racks. The compact time clock features a design that allows for easy mounting on walls or tables and is equipped with an auto-aligning card slot for precise card punching. An integrated print mechanism clearly marks time cards and highlights late or early punches in red, making it effective for monitoring attendance and hours worked. The HN4000 time clock automatically calculates and totals hours and prints directly on the time cards. It can function as a stand-alone unit or in conjunction with the optional free uPunch™ cloud software, which allows manual entry of employee hours, generation of pay period reports, tracking of daily or weekly overtime, and simplification of payroll recording and data organization. Note that the device does not connect to the internet and does not send data automatically to the cloud.
