Cryogenic vials are ideal for long-term storage of samples in harsh environments, capable of maintaining a seal at temperatures as low as -196°C. These thick-walled tubes are designed to hold, store, and preserve biological materials for extended periods, from days to decades. Each vial features an internally threaded cap with a leakproof silicone O-ring and has a capacity of 5 ml. The vials come sterilized by gamma irradiation and are RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and endotoxin free. They include printed graduations and a marking area for easy identification. Each case contains 10 resealable bags of 50 tubes, along with a 50-place locking rack for convenient handling. The self-standing Starfoot base allows for one-handed installation and removal of caps, ensuring ease of use. These vials are for LN2 gas phase storage only and are not suitable for liquid phase.
