Cryogenic vials from MTC Bio are specifically designed for the long-term storage of biological samples in extreme conditions, with capabilities to maintain their seal at temperatures as low as -196°C due to their thick-walled construction and silicone O-rings. Each sterile vial has a volume of 2 ml and comes with printed graduations and a marking area for easy identification. The unique self-standing Starfoot base allows for convenient handling, enabling single-handed installation and removal of caps. Each case includes a 50-place locking rack and is packaged with 10 resealable bags, each containing 50 tubes. These vials are sterilized by gamma irradiation and are leakproof when used in the LN2 gas phase only; they are not suitable for the liquid phase.
