Cryogenic vials are the ideal choice for long-term storage of samples in the harshest environments, capable of maintaining their seal at temperatures as low as -196°C. Made with thick-walled tubes, MTC Bio cryogenic vials feature sterilization by gamma irradiation and are designed to hold, store, and preserve biological materials for extended periods, ranging from days to decades. Each vial has an externally threaded cap equipped with a leakproof silicone O-ring, a volume of 3 ml, printed graduations, and a marking area. The self-standing Starfoot base enables convenient handling, and a 50-place locking rack is included with each case, which consists of 10 resealable bags containing 50 tubes each. These vials are suitable for LN2 gas phase use only and are not intended for liquid phase storage.
