The kit includes a heavy-duty FR treated 300 denier trilobal tipstop polyester made from 100% polyester, featuring a 4 oz FR treated polyester fabric that effectively prevents after flame, with an after flame duration of less than 2 seconds and a char length of less than 6 inches. It also incorporates 2-inch reflective tape with a 4-inch contrasting trim for enhanced visibility. The design offers a two-way wear method with a detachable bib option, allowing it to be worn as bibs with heavy-duty elastic suspenders and quick release buckles, or as waist pants featuring an elasticized waist with a zippered fly and a hook-and-loop flap, as well as adjustable button build. The kit includes boot zippers with covers and hook-and-loop fasteners for easy access. It meets the certifications of ASTM D6413 (FR) and ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Class E.
